Kim Peterson LMP CYI

Born in Seattle Washington in 1955, I attended many, many schools through college. In college I became a certified ski instructor. I learned Ti Kwon Do and Transcendental Meditation during my Army tour as a company clerk, stationed in Hawaii (like Radar in TV's MASH). I became an ordained minister in 1998 and have married six couples. I attended massage school in Seattle, became a licensed massage practitioner in 2000, and currently maintain massage offices. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2003. Jan. 08, I opened Body Rhythm Yoga Studio.

Randy Mitchell, RYT

Randy is a registered Yoga Teacher whose instructional style combines her love of Yoga and spirituality with many years experience in the field of counseling and education. She holds a MA in counseling and has studied Yoga for seven years, which has become her passion. Randy completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training Program through Zarnay Yoga in Londonderry NM, accredited through Yoga Alliance. She has continued her education. Studying at the Omega Institute and participating in workshops presented by gifted instructors such as Seane Corn and Sierre Bender. Her intention is to assist others in becoming more conscious of their own inner wisdom through balancing mind / body / spirit and in discovering a sense of personal empowerment an wellness.

Sarah Piestrup LAc RN Dipl OM

Sarah started her studies of tai chi and qi gong (chi gung) in grade school. Her love of oriental wisdom kept her practicing and studding qi gong through college and eventually guided her to her career as an acupuncturist and herbalist. As a practitioner Sarah sees qi gong as one of the most important aspects of a patients care. An opportunity for her patients and others to take their care into their own hands, qi gong is a subtly profound tool that can improve overall health and enhance performance. Sarah grew up in the redwood forests and on the beaches of northern California's coast. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz. She is certified to teach by Lee Holden and Pacific Healing Arts. Sarah's love of the outdoors and the proximity of her aunt and cousins brought her to the Leavenworth valley in 2004. She has been enjoying the rivers, mountains, rocks snow and wonderful people here ever since.
